James Dawkins, Owner & CEO
James Dawkins III founded Once of Alabama, LLC to serve as a pillar of affordable, stylish, and modern homes for potential renters, and to maximize returns for clients. After serving in the United States Army, James graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. After the recent housing crisis, he set out to prove that housing can be beneficial to all parties with the right connections.
